Xero21
Honestly, I'm surprised NFL games don't already require fans to pass through a metal detector.
Bang
http://www.thepostgame.com/blog/dish/201109/nfl-fan-uses-religious-self-defense-stun-gun-useSo apparently the guy is a Jehovah's Witness and it's against his religion to stand for the national anthem. He tried to leave his seat in the middle of the national anthem after talking, and sitting during the national anthem, and no one was going to move out of his way. STUN GUN TIME! Well, there we go. The full story. NOW throw the guy under the bus. I'll be glad to help. What a scumbag. ~Bang
squatch66
it seems the whole situation could have been avoided. if the guy went in knowing that he wasnt going to stand due to his religious beliefs then why was he in his seat in the first place? stand out in the concourse until the ceremony is over and this fight never happens. now bringing the taser into the stadium, thats another matter completely. dont tasers fall under the "weapon" category even if it is considered non lethal? if stadiums have "no weapon" policies then he would still be subject to any punishment he would get. ---------- Post added September-15th-2011 at 06:29 PM ---------- Honestly, I'm surprised NFL games don't already require fans to pass through a metal detector. yeah i second this!!!
