This was the inevitable consequence when Bill Walsh invented offense, the league office made it illegal to cover and legal to hold, and teams stopped tackling in practice. Burgold Posted September 27, 2010 Share Posted September 27, 2010 It's also a matter of want-to. We were clearly out want-to'ed all game. The Rams wanted it more. I had hoped Shanny was able to dispell that sense of entitlement, but it felt like another game where the 'skins thought that they had won it before the game started. Their focus and effort was missing and the concentration started them in a hole that they couldn't dig out of and then mistakes piled on top of mistakes.
