KingGibbs
Don't know if we have any resident PT's here, but I know we have quite a few people that workout. I've upped the intensity of my weightlifting sessions and as a result I'm sore afterwords. Not injured, but sore and I would like to loosen the muscles up a bit after a workout. Someone on here said that they use foam rollers and swear by them. Does anybody recommend these and should I go with a higher density foam or regular density? Corcaigh
"The stick" has a huge following among runners to provide muscle relief. The rollers I've seen are popular with athletes for hip/IT band. And then there's the thumby for self massage without wearing your thumb joints.
Skinsfan1311
Hot tub works wonders for Frannie & me. The only problem is that it's so relaxing that all I can do is pass out on the couch afterwards...
