PokerPacker
http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-packers-wilkinson&prov=ap&type=lgns unfortunatly for the packers, our defence must rely on leftover redskins:(
Henry
Just two weeks ago, Brown turned down a more lucrative offer from the Redskins to sign a four-year, $3.35 million contract with the Packers that included a $400,000 signing bonus. What? Did anyone else know about this?
bulldog
I think the Packers goose is cooked. Favre is 34 and the rest of this team is barely .500 quality with another qb at the helm. I put 4 teams ahead of the Packers in the NFC right now: Tampa, Philly, St. Louis and Atlanta.......with the Giants about neck and neck. Yeah, being left to fight over Wilkinson means the Packers and the Redskins are probably not going to be in the Super Bowl this year  But with the expectations of GB fans and their HOF qb, I think the fall will be far harder. The Redskins were 7-9 last year and improvement to 9-7 or even 10-6 would be enough to keep the wolves at bay The Packers meanwhile have to better 11-5 and show they can do more than beat the Lions, Bears and Vikings............... a much taller order

Canyonero!
Agreed bulldog. I'm not even sure that the Packers are even #1 in that division. The Vikings' defense still sucks ass, but I'm thinking they challenge the Pack for the NFC North. Wow, is that shaping up to be the worst division or what?
