darrelgreenie
Good quote DG! And don't forget if they get cut or leave that they never was any good here and was only a cancer to the team. Sometimes I think a few of them are Philly fans just messing with us I basically stole that from Scott Garceau, local Baltimore sports radio guy
SaintAubins
Simply put, no..it's not an issue. And don't listen to the people that are panicking about his fumbling in preseason either. Most all running backs throughout their rookie and sophomore years in the NFL tend to fumble more often then not...it's a part of the learning curve and the whole reason they have coaches in the NFL is to fix that. The kid will be fine...he just needs reps and playing time.
Sikbug
I'm glad he's still on the team. I'm rooting for him hard.
Conn
I'm glad he's still on the team. I'm rooting for him hard. Ditto. I mostly love that Shanahan sees something in him, as he knows something about making unheralded RB's productive.
skin23
He's been injury-prone since coming in the NFL - that's his biggest problem.
jnhay
Every runningback can get better at not fumbling, but it's not that easy to do. Cite Tiki Barber, but also note that he didn't start limiting his fumbles until his 7/8th season.
WorldBFree76
He's been injury-prone since coming in the NFL - that's his biggest problem. agreed. He just can't stay healthy, and at his small stature...I'm not surprised.
Tydee
Alridge is young, and still trying to settle in to the NFL as a RB. He has the tools to make himself a vital part of the Redskins offense. I am not too concerned about him fumbling, though he did have a timely fumble, so has Betts, Potis, Sellers, and every other RB/FB on the Redskins and every other team in the NFL. Hopefully when the seasons (games) start this is not an issue. I don't think it will be.
frankez99
Is Ed "Too Tall" Jones really too tall? Does a ten pound bag of flower make a real big biscuit? Does Elmer Fudd have a problem with the letter R? Do the Waltons take forever to say goodnight? Does Charlie Daniels play a mean fiddle?
Smoot Point Really
He doesn't fumble that much... Just every one or two times he touches the ball last preseason...
DexterSackMachine
Alridge is a pre-season wonder. His limitations go beyond a fumbling problem. The only reason he has even made it this far is that he has exceptional speed. But that's all he has.
