There should be punishment, but I don't think any 15 year old is beyond help. That depends on your definition of 'help'. There are plenty of 15 year old drop dead thugs that are beyond 'help'. gortiz Posted September 21, 2009 Share Posted September 21, 2009 This has racism written all over it.Pathetic. no, no it does not. not saying that it was not motivated by race, but you cant tell if the black would have done that to another black kid. let's say the kid looking for a seat was a black skater and the kid not giving up the seat was black thug type that hated, skaters ... he probably would have doen the same thing. It could have easily been a simple case of a bullying incident. the article does say the white kid was quiet, did not talk to anyone, etc. etc. he could have been an easy target.
