Mondizzle
^K, found it. It was a closed thread so I won't **** with it. It sounds dumb, but I've also found that if I just lie in bed and try to regulate my breathing (slow it down to "sleep mode")... that calms me down and sometimes puts me to sleep. Good luck. Raub
Tried melatonin, but it makes me wake up about three hours after I take it. Try taking ZMA with the melatonin. It helps you sleep more soundly. It's zinc, magnesium, and B-6. You can buy it in a fancy bottle as a supplement, or you can just buy the zinc, magnesium, and B-6 separately. You're looking for 20mg zinc, 500mg magnesium, and 10mg B-6.
DeanCollins
Have you gotten off all caffeine and reduced your sugar intake as much as possible (including alcohol)? Other issues are tv and pets in the bedroom.
