Griffin Still Ailing From the Last Few Seasons

With all the injuries that Griffin has battled through for us, it's no surprise that he's feeling some pain. At least this season, there is going to be a bigger guy next to him stealing some of the attention, but Griffin is still going to get hit out there, but we know he'll do his best to stay out there and play through it.

We have a good tandem with Haynesworth and Griffin- great if they stay healthy. With Montgomery and Golston rotating in and out, we have plenty of options and keep guys rested throughout the game.

Lorenzo Alexander could be the odd person out, unless they're going to work with him as an offensive lineman. Though, his versatility for that role might very well save him. It's actually nice to be worried about this, because in the past, it wasn't because we have had less depth.

Riiiight, just like how the depth of our defensive line was so great last year.

Depth is more than your starting lineup. If Haynesworth gets injured (which is very likely), what do our defensive tackles look like again?

Still a pretty solid group. Course, there's a lot that can change, with existing players playing better/worse or new players coming in and making an impact.

But, while Haynesworth is in there, he's going to make all the other DTs better and there is going to be some pressure off of Griffin to be in there most of the time, which will probably benefit him.
