Slateman Posted December 23, 2008 Share Posted December 23, 2008 Ok, so my OIC's wife is from the same area I grew up (and am currently visiting on leave) Anyway, she really wants a specific beer that we can't find in Hawaii. She asked me to get it for her. The problem is that I packed rather light to get here. A backpack and a small bag. How do I get a case of this stuff back to Hawaii? Do I wanna store it in luggage and maybe ship some of my stuff back? Can I send it through the US Mail? UPS? Little help here? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I just packed it in my suit case wrapped in some clothes, and onetime used some bubble wrap i had around. You could but a larger luggage and store everything in the large luggage so you can fit more in it (although it may not be cost efficient do to having to buying new luggage. Also not sure who you flying with but there is a limit on how much you can bring, I think it was 5 liters. I am not sure about USPS regulations. You can ship to these states as far as I know : AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IA, LA, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TX, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
