No thanks. The only reason why I'd even consider bringing him in would be that he could be a decent mentor to Laron, Stu, and Reed. But we have great depth at that position, so there's no point in wasting a roster spot on another safety.

Besides at this point in Lynch's career, we'd be alot safer having Reed in on passing downs then if we had Lynch in.

i like the players we have. plus i think his asking price might be a little high especially since whatever the contract is, will be his last.

Could he possibly fill a portion of the hole that Sean's passing left?

He is an above average athlete and he has decent speed and tackling ability. Would it be worth a go?

I realize that he is old, but maybe he can give us a few years at least until we find the next Laron Landry.

Safety is really not a need. The only depth needed is LB depth.
