Comcast doesnt have any broadcast rights during the regular season. I believe that each NFL team has the ability to sell the rights to the PRESEASON games, and comcast has those rights. I believe thats the case, but I can tell you, that I know for sure, comcast wont be able to re-air the game. No exceptions.
