BIGPHILLY Posted November 27, 2007 Share Posted November 27, 2007 Skins Fans, As a teenager I fell in love with the NFL while watching Buddy Ryan build an amazing defense with the Philadelphia Eagles and unleashing Randall Cunningham on offense. I remember like it was yesterday - I sat in my friends minivan on a summer afternoon when the local Sports Radio station 610 WIP told us that Jerome Brown had died. To this day - he's my favorite all time Eagle. It was tragic. It was awful and it hurt. I heard the news about Taylor this morning and can only say that I'm sorry for the loss to Redskins fans. I am well aware these guys aren't actually our family but we root and love these guys and what they bring to us week in and week out. In many ways we become attached to who they are. As a Cowboys fan, I have always despised the Redskins and Sean in the worst possible way. Today, I feel a great loss. Very similar to what I felt when my mother passed away. It's a terrible thing.
