He lands on his shoulder and flips the ball up off his elbow, which lands in Ryan Clark's hands for what was originally called an interception. (Nice return by Ryan, btw, about 40or50yds) So Nolan challenges, that Davis was down. (looked like he was certainly down, landed on his shoulder) Zebras conclude that it wasn't a catch as Davis didn't get two feet down... so incomplete pass.
