@DCGoldPants
Why are all these coaches dropped out of the race? Why isn't Lewis even an possibility there. That's a much better team and easier division to work in right now.
CBMGreatOne
Aren't they looking at Stoops as their number one candidate right now, and Dennis Green also? I agree that Marvin should have a shot with them, but maybe they want someone with more head coaching experience.
redman
How is that an easier division with Tennessee and Indy in it when both are playoff teams? Anyway, they've had bad injury problems, and now age is catching up with them too regarding two of their most consistent and best offensive players, Brunell and Smith. And I'm not all that impressed by their defense. They're basically a pretty average NFL team and franchise in a small markety in the whole scheme of things. Not a disaster, but not a prize either. @DCGoldPants
Stoops and Green have turned down even interviews now.
NavyDave
Time to rebuild starting along the lines and if they are smart they should pick up either Couch or Plummer
88Comrade2000
Only person who was interview was Green I think. Weaver wants to hire a GM first and then let the gm hire the coach. The Jags position won't be filled until after the superbowl.

The Evil Genius
And the one coach who makes perfect sense for them, especially now that Parcells is back - is still working as a part time analyst. Jimmy Johnson come on down, your the next contestant on the Price is Right in JAX. Another name to throw out is Mariucci. Suppose the Whiners get dumped this week - the Whiners FO is still up in the air about retaining him. Mooch would have to be an attractive canidate to JAX. jimster
I'll bet they hire Randy Mueller as GM- he'll probably want a college coach to take over. Stoops already said he's staying put. -any guesses?
