Cskin Posted January 7, 2003 Share Posted January 7, 2003 One thing I found interesting was Spurrier's overwhelming confidence in Spurrier. He even admitted that he had Spurrier in mind as his coach when he bought the Redskins. The interviewer even questioned his $5 mil a year to Spurrier in relation to Parcells deal. Spurrier seemed to indicated he didn't care, Spurrier is the winningnest coach in college and he fully expected him to do the same thing with the Redskins. Also, of more importance to us here at Extremeskins, he said he inked Spurrier to a five year deal but expects him to be coaching the Redskins for the next decade. Let's hope so.
