bobbie brewskie
By the end of this year people are going to be saying Rocky was the best LB in last years draft, not Demeco Ryans. haha. rocky wont be better than AJ Hawk or Demeco Ryans. i bet he doesnt crack the top10, haha. i could even see Carpenter being above him and Carpenter might not even start this year. 70th Week
as long as he plays better than holdman, we'll be ok. with marshall available to back him up in key situations, i doubt that side of the field will be such a huge liability. thats the key.....finally some leadership.. Big Bake
There are very few instant superstars in the NFL, but like any other star, before you can shine, the light must come on. I think Rockys' light is flickering, soon to come on. :fingersx:
HitStickTaylor21
He has a good nose for the ball but needs to take better angles. You'll see good improvement during the year, but he won't be outstanding. Expect him to rack up a lot of tackles since teams will attack our weak side a lot. He'll be a quality starter, but not a pro-bowler. At least for now.
MumboSauce
Hard to say as of now, my optimism says he'll be starter level, worst case scenario he's a valuable back up guy and situational.
OVCChairman
My personal expectations are he will play to the ability of a second year linebacker. He will make tackles, be in position when need be. I dont think he's going to set records or anything, i just expect him to do his job, cover his part, and fill his gap. If he does that i'm more then happy. I expect him to play hard and play strong. GeneralStonewallTaylor
Well on the chance he does miss a few tackles and show his inexperience, I think there are two tackling machines to his left (Fletcher) and behind him (Landry) that will be more than willing to lay someone out. isle-hawg
i expect him to out perform warrick holdman. Yep me too:cheers:
kevin11
Well, When he got to start, he had 20 tackles in two games. Now, I never played football but 10 tackles per game seems to be above average. Plus, Holdman had only 60 in 14 games...
