HighwayPatrolLT
Hey, All NFL teams are having full "Spring Practice" in a few weeks, attendance by veterans varies from team to team. Does anyone know Coach Gibbs policy on his spring workouts?, will the veterans be at Redskins Park working out ? or is this something that falls under the " workout back home, we trust you will be professional and dedicated and come to camp in July in shape " policy Gibbs decided will return us to the playoffs? If thats the case, then these spring workouts are nothing more than rookies, and taxi squad types, ....waste of time....outdated and meaningless. If anyone knows whether it will be mandatory full team workouts or not, please post. Thanks Mike
Loxley
Does this mean they are doing away with the OTAs this year then?
pjfootballer
Spring Practice is for College Football. These are called OTA's, Quarterback camps or mini camps.
posse87
PLayers are working out on their own this spring. DOesn't mean they won't have OTA's and such just that they aren't erquired to workout at the facility. The only one I know of at Redskins PArk all off season is Jason Campbell with Al SAunders, and probably Gibbs and GW.
