Grossman has a great arm - its what he does best (the long ball). The reason he threw the lame-duck was the rain, I think. Even some of the greatest QBs had trouble in the rain - I think on a recent NFL Network show they mentioned that Steve Young hated the rain, because he couldn't throw for ****.
