grampi
The NFL never has the Sunday night game during the world series, but they usually have a Thursday night game (the Thursday prior) to make up for it. They didn't have it this time. I wonder why?

Bang
They never really did it as a result of the World Series, and i have seen Sunday night games when the Series is going on. In fact, over the last five years they haven't had any Thursday night games at ALL. This year, as the poster above points out, there will be a LOT of games on Thursday and Saturdays starting on Thanksgiving. But only on NFL Network. ~Bang
