drums and skins
I'll be going to my first game of the season this weekend and just wanted to know how the security is when enterting the stadium. Last year, on opening day (9/11 vs the Bears), my dad had a backpack on that had 4 bottles of water and entire bag of peanuts. THe security guy didn't even check it. I vaguely remember a policy similar to "No open water bottles", but am not sure if any of that has changed. Could someone tell me if anything has changed? Can I still bring in a bottle of water (unopened, of course)? How does it normally work?

bowhunter
Being a farmer, I always carry a large folding pocketknife in my pocket. I had forgotten to leave it in the truck last time and remembered it while I was in line to be frisked and pass the metal detectors. Somehow the guard only asked if I had any keys with me. (I was waiting for the FedEx SWAT team to jump me at any moment) We got through, although my daughters backpack was turned away. go figure
pjfootballer
Just don't go on the field streaking and you'll be fine.
