Rankings were before Free Agency and he somewhat underrates the Redskins (which I like). 18. Mark Brunell - He probably earned himself another full year on the job by leading the Skins to the playoffs. 7. Clinton Portis - Proved this year that he didn't forget how to score touchdowns when he left Denver. 10. Santana Moss - This was not a fluke. He's really this good. 20. Brandon Lloyd - If Alex Smith can just reach the level of semi-competent, Lloyd could be a star. 7.
