SackMachine Posted March 13, 2006 Share Posted March 13, 2006 He's still with the skins, the CFL analyst on TSN (canuck version of espn) said it was a very big loss for the CFL but Jesse's dream has always been to be in the NFL. Didn't he sign a two year contract? I don't know about trading Ladell though... Last year was Jesse's rookie year in the CFL, this would make it his second year as a PRO, and he didn't play much last season, only 5 games in a team that knew that they weren't going to the playoffs. He had great games, but will he work in the redskins system? The Hamilton Tiger-Cats system was based on one wide receiver a struggling quaterback and a great running back. dinothekid Posted March 13, 2006 Share Posted March 13, 2006 Well I am from Vancouver so I know quite a bit about the CFL. Jesse is awesome. He got the award for the top player in Canadian Universities. He only played 5 games because he was on the Seahawks roster. Once they cut him there was basically a bidding war for him in the CFL. And even then, he needs to play well against the starters, not the 2nd and third stringers. Anybody remember Rick Badanjek?
