Hokie_Skinz Posted March 3, 2006 Share Posted March 3, 2006 Crobar Cane....A local band from Roanoke. Caught them at Champs bar last night, and was absolutely blown away. Their stuff is like a raw/southern rock sound. They did covers of Guns 'N Roses, Rolling stones, Allman Brothers, Skynyrd, Oasis, Warren Haynes etc...they played freebird..and it sounded better than the live versions Skynyrd did that I have seen (Off of DVDs, and VH1). vinva Posted March 3, 2006 Share Posted March 3, 2006 Like a few above, I don't think I've paid for a CD in a while...last one I downloaded was a Matisyahu "discography" (live release, promo release, studio release).
