Thinking Skins
I get a few hours during the day where I'm away from my work, and I'm trying to start reading. I have been reading a few books, but they're normally 200 pages or so and thats a lot to read in a 2 hour period. Does anyboy know any good writers I can read (FOR FREE) about stuff like conservatism, liberalism, education, big govt, small govt, and stuff like that? Are there any like 4 or 5 page papers that I can read just to be into politics and not INTO politics?

Thinking Skins
How long is the stuff by Socrates? Maybe I'll read it for a little while.
AJ_Skins
Try: The Weekly Standard National Review Those are both conservative, and very well written. On the liberal side, you might try The New Republic and The Nation. I think one or both of those might require a subscription, though.
