CHRISB
This will be Darrell's last season and he is 42...He will be in the Hall of Fame in 5 years = 47... Will he be the oldest fastest first time honoree in HOF history? HTTR!!

Lord, how old is he now? I remember him playing for the Raiders when I was a kid...
SkinnedGator
Has he said it will be his last year? He's still got wheels ala R Henderson...I think he could come back.
Henry
This will be his last year. He already postponed his retirement once, and this year he's starting to get nagging injuries already. I'd be shocked if he'd come back and play another year after this.
bulldog
I agree it won't be a sudden decline in Darrell's speed or cover skills but in his health that will limit him. He is starting to miss time with injuries that look to be general wear and tear type stuff that accumulated over the years.
TennesseeCarl
When I was at Carlisle, I didn't see a player enjoying the training camp experience as much as Darrell Green. He was still the first guy out. If the team plays well under Spurrier offensively, there'll be a lot of opportunities for the secondary as our opponents try to play 'catch up'. If Darrell were to perform well and stay healthy and had fun, why wouldn't he be tempted to try one more?
fuji869
I don't think the HOF Selection Committee will screw Darrell like they did Art Monk. :shootinth
