Anyone else having trouble getting to sleep?

The week was soooooooooooooooo long in anticipation of this game.........I went to bed last night at 9:30pm ( never in bed before midnight) in hopes that daylight would come and game day would be here. I tossed and turned all night and kept looking out of the window for signs of daylight....it didn't come soon enough but it's here now....that's all that matters.

I seriously have been having sleeping problems lately. It is 5:24 in the morning and I am wide awake. I have been waking up earlier and earlier, even the nights when I will be up till 2-3 AM I will end up waking up at 7. I don't think this is healthy.

You are right it is not healthy.Have ou tried reading when you wake up sometimes that will help!
