mbrody71
Which one of you superfans has the official NFL playoff scenario for the Redskins? It might be tough not controlling your own destiny, but at least we have things to root for, and you never know. See 2002 New York Jets.

SonnyRules
Actually, we do control our own destiny; we have to win all our remaining games = Divisional Champs.

Thats only if our loss is against either Arizona or St Louis so it wouldn't be a divisional loss.
jbooma
Actually, we do control our own destiny; we have to win all our remaining games = Divisional Champs. sorry but that is wrong we still need Dallas and NY to both lose another game besides the one vs us, remember they are 2 ahead of us, so yes they do play each other, but the one that wins that game has to lose somewhere else
bulldog
the real question is whether the Redskins are going to win another game.
FunBunch7
The loser of the Giants/Cowboys will have 5 losses so a loss to us would put both the Skins and that team at 6 losses if we beat them. We need the winner of the Cowboys/Giants game to lose one more, perhaps against Kansas City. THEN, if/when we beat them, they too would have 6 losses. The Guru
Lets wait until they actually win two or three games in a row before we even mention the playoffs.
