Charbs
Ricky Ervins showed amazing talent in the final end of the 91 season and was fantastic in the playoffs and superbowl. Why did he have such a short career and low gametime after such promising stats in the 91 season?

Teller
Reggie Brooks asked the same question. Indeed he did. I was really hoping he would've worked out. Anyone who can cross the goalline unconscious and still hold onto the football is OK in my book.

Why did he have such a short career and low gametime after such promising stats in the 91 season? Actually, Ervins played 3 more seasons with the Skins, after his '91 rookie season. And in '94, Norv's first year as coach, he was the leading rusher, going 185/650/3.5/3 TD's. Then he played one unimpressive season with SFO, before becoming Permanent Autograph Signer for the Washington Redskins.
