It seems like his players love to play for him. It looks like he wants to be out there playing.
codeorama
From your list, I'd say Jim Mora Jr, I think he's going to be a great coach, once they get a real qb down there...
Kosher Ham
I cant stand Brian Billick or Bill Parcells. Mike Sherman sucks, as does Mike Tice. John Fox (not on your list) would have to get some consideration from me. Bellichik would be the obvious choice. And as far as an up and coming coach Mora Jr. and Saban would have to get the nod. GrapeApe
Herm "We Play To Win The Game" Edwards. I hate the Jets but really like him. I wouldn't necessarily want him coaching the skin but like him.

intheRIC
Where in the heck is Bill Cowher on your list? The man gets my vote for his moustache alone!
Fatty P For The Pulitzer
I gotta go with Mora, too. He's definitely the kind of coach I'd want to play for, assuming Gibbs didn't want me on his team, of course! I'm surprised to see Norval, Schotty, and Nolan aren't on the list! Ball Coach
I think he gets cought up with trying to be one of the guys too much. He was raised around the game. He most likely isn't 'trying', it just comes natural.
Windy City Skins fan
I like Mora Jr. He seems to have great chemistry with his players. Did you see one of their rookies come over to Mora at one point and had him take a whiff of what I think was a smelling salt concoction. Mora's reaction was hilarious and I just got the feeling that the players feel that he's totally approachable. He's a player's coach. And Gibbs is considered to be of that ilk as well. slackermike
Where in the heck is Bill Cowher on your list? The man gets my vote for his moustache alone! That would have been my option. I like Tony Dungy and Dick Vermeil also.

skinfan72901
I voted for Jon Gruden but only because Bill Cowher was'nt on the list. How the heck can you post a poll like this without Bill Cowher!!!! He is the ultimate football guy!!!!
TheDoyler23
Tony Dungy. He built one superbowl team (fired before he could win) and is working on a second.
