He is more of a Maye type of scrambler/runner -

Never liked the Gates signing. Never was good in NY, so what made them think he would be good here we will never know. One of the many dominoes that fell that made Ron lose his job. -

Can we give them #36 and #99 haha or better yet 40 and 99 haha 🤣 The two we gave away for our ends -
Williams is definitely a head case primadonna. Pass on him. Maye is everything Williams is but a little less of a runner/scrambler probably do to his size. And is definitely not a head case or primadonna. Take him at #2 for sure. Daniels is electric, seems to be a good dude. But I have questions on his durability at the next level. Lamar is pulling it off but I'm getting flashbacks of RG3 when I think of Daniels 😳😬😮💨. So pass on him at #2 but definitely a trade down guy (but you probably miss out on him trading down) JJ is a lesser version of Williams/Maye overall but is a great runner/scrambler similar to Williams. With a nice arm. He would be my target trade down guy to go get, I see a lot of good qualities in his game. And you get to capitalize on all the draft capital that you get from trading out of #2 But overall you take Maye at #2

I don't know why we would trade up and risk the future with the amount of picks that Chicago is talking about wanting. It's not that hard. You stack up during free agency with the amount of money we're going to have, fill the glaring holes. You take Maye at #2 and you trade Jonathan Allen for a 2nd and a 4th or 5th. You draft a DE with one of our three 2nd's and offensive lineman with the other two. Then best player available for the rest of the draft. Why make it harder then it has to be.

Yeah Maye definitely seems to be more ready for the NFL by reading that and Williams is more of a big play hit and miss guy. That will wow you when he hits and and going to make you scratch your head when he over does it. Stuff he can't get away with in the NFL. I'm in the take Maye camp and not give up valuable picks to jump up one spot for Williams. To me makes it even an easier choice to stay put at #2

I thought he lined up everywhere, I know have seen him blow up our line in the middle a lot coming from a standup LB spot

Do you think he can be a full time DE or more of a LB? Like Parsons
