I'm loving all this chatter about Daniels being upset that it wasn't just him at the visit. If true ...BIG if...that is exactly what I think Peters wanted to see who was going to get rattled/upset shows you their mental makeup and who they truly are. A Me Me guy not a team guy. If that's all true. In saying that there's lots of smoke for it not to be something there.

Draft JJ , Or Maye .... Daniels just seems like he is going to be a problem if he doesn't really want to play here. We don't need the questions or drama. JJ and Maye don't come with any questions (doubts) about playing for us. Daniels will play wherever he's drafted I'm sure. But when it comes to that second contract, that's when the issue arises if he really didn't want to play here. Trade with New England if you know they would rather have Daniels and get another 2nd round pick win win.

So....He had one good year with elite skill position talent around him ✔️ Yeah no thank you. Double it and give it to the next guy.

In my honest opinion I believe Eric B broke Sam with his play calling and is hard-headedness and Ron is just as much at fault with the OL he assembled.. I think Sam could be a quality starter in the NFL. He just needs better coaching and to get his mental confidence back.

Unfortunately I can see this as well. He will surely get hurt and miss games every year. Strike 1... On the older side ... Strike 2 .... He was really only accurate on deep balls this year and look who his surrounding cast was elite wide receivers. Without them he is below average...Strike 3...I see this ending badly. Another RG3 but smaller..it will be fun when he is running around making splash plays til it's not and he is hurt on the sidelines. I hope I'm wrong and he is not the pick or that I'm wrong and he is a All Pro year after year. Goodness I hope we don't look dumb like the Panthers did last year and pass on a guy who brings a team straight to the playoffs 😬 and get a little guy who can't play in the NFL 😮‍💨 ....and watch Sam light it up in Seattle 😭 as a life long fan it's just the Redskins... Commanders 🤢 way.

Part of the reason I don't want Daniels. He is RG3 but smaller build and we know how that turned out. It was fun, really fun! when he was doing his thing then he wasn't. He is not built for NFL hits on a consistent basis like he gets hit in college he plays reckless like RG3 it's fun to watch but it's not sustainable.

Untested as in he wasn't asked to pass a ton? No he wasn't. But when he was asked to step up and not just against lackluster talent mind you. He showed he can do it. And do it on the big stage. Where a lot of his competition/opponents will be playing on Sunday. He is actually one of the best when he is tested (under pressure) with D-lineman in he face. This board underrates him in my opinion.

Can't wait for the crying when we take him at #2 for the people that haven't looked into the numbers/ analytics of JJ. He is the real deal. Every bit as good as Daniels and Maye. He will look good in #8

Okay.. Do I dare say it?...JJ had the better pro day out of the 3. For me it's a toss up between Maye and Jayden on who was runner up. Now in saying that pro days don't tell you much, you still have to go back to the tape and see who's going to be our guy.

If they want him bad enough they will pay haha.

I wouldn't give them nothing. We need a 24's 1st 2nd 3rd and 25's 1st and 3rd and 26's 2nd and 4th ...nothing from us. That puts us out of the top 3 QBs for sure and probably the 4th without trading back up.

I thought it was pretty obvious McCarthy had a better pro day as well. Much smoother. Now we wait for Maye.

Sad to see Sam go nothing but respect for him and I wish him nothing but the best. I think he can be a good starter in this league. EB broke him! with his play calling and Ron broke his confidence with his lack of knowing how to build a team (offensive line) getting him killed on the field.

We still need to sign Tyron Smith, Trent Brown, Kendall Fuller, Justin Simmons, and Marquis Brown and wow what a FA that would be this year after all the great pickups already.

Nope, we need all the picks still. A lot of these deals are one year deals. Need all the young talent in the building we can get.

Yeah it's definitely a loophole, all teams should do. Either the league will stop it or everyone will do it. If everyone does it then it's not a competitive advantage any longer. Now if we were the only team doing it. The league and John Mara would penalized us 50 million for an unfair advantage.

On a side note. How humbled is Chase Young right now? Seeing he's getting passed over time and time again. He's probably going to have to take a approve it one year deal. Show that his heart is still in it or that it ever truly was.

I guess they are keeping him. And drafting Marvin Harrison Jr with the #1 and Brock Bowers with the #9 pick so Justin Fields has no excuses. So we can get our pick of the quarterback we want 👍 ha
