  1. I think we will but I also think we’ll end up signing mostly low to mid end Free Agents who have a chance to reach their potential in this system. And we don’t have to sign a free agent in this offseason just because we have a roster spot open and one is available and we have money. We can find some next offseason as well.
  2. We can still run it fresh with Wilson. We’d have him for two years on essentially a rookie deal. We could trade down from number two and pick up more draft assets in this year and next. Or draft MHJ with number 2. Build the OLine and rest of roster with those assets and have two years to find our young QB. Everyone keeps pointing at last years Texans. Yes you can obviously turn your season around in one year but it’s extremely rare. We need a literal overhaul of the “entire” roster. For the record I want them to take either Caleb or Maye or Jaden but wouldn’t be upset with above scenarios. Hell NO to Kirk. Yes if front office wants Russ and his “rookie contract”. We’ve been clamoring for a capable front office for years. Let ‘em cook!
  3. Or more likely, it puts more pressure on someone who loves Drake to trade up to number one to get him? 2 more months of this 🥴
  4. That’s where we really need to “trust the process”. We’re not going to fill the entire roster this off-season. I for one am going to enjoy this entire process. So far it’s been the beginning of a beautiful piece of artwork. I’m going to appreciate the end result knowing that I watched it all come together from scratch.
  5. Yessir. I agree. Was referring to the comment he made today at his press. Makes sense that his answer would be more pc with Howell in mind.
  6. I agree. Been leaning this way and the feeling is getting stronger each day. Of course Drake makes the “sitting for a year” comment with his buddy Sam still on the roster.
  7. The kid is loose. He’s having fun with the process and his teammate. I don’t view this as a negative thing at all. I’d be ecstatic if he lands here as my QB!
  8. If he truly wants to come to DC and doesn’t want to be drafted by the Bears or any other team this is a great strategy. IMO it’s his way of doing business without looking like a **** like Eli did. It puts pressure on the Bears to make a decision to draft him or not, limiting their option of using him as trade leverage. Teams will be less likely to inquire about a trade up.
  9. If Caleb is undoubtedly the guy we want and we have to trade up to #1, what would you think is “astronomical”? I’d personally stand pat at two but I wouldn’t be upset if we traded #3, Jon Allen and next years #1. That would be my max though.
  10. And I’d pick him up from LaGuardia and drive him to Jets training facility in Florham Park, Joyzie. Got you covered AP, make the deal💪
  11. Bridge the gap and do whatever AP thinks he’s capable of doing to help this franchise move forward towards success. Let’s move forward baby!
  12. Was thinking the same. But something tells me DQ knows it won’t be a problem and everyone will know their role and be focused on one goal. Probably a reason he brought them in in the first place.
