Oh yeah, I read that Citeh, Chelski, Pool, and Arsenal NEVER sell players. LOL if you even believe this a little bit.
There is one big difference between EPL and Germany. The German league has strict rules about team ownership and transfer money. Local fans own at least 51% (most over 70%) of the club, so no sugar-daddy from Oil rich areas. Also, can't go into massive debt (ManU, I'm looking at you) during transfers. Must keep proper budget.
Sorry lad, but the results speak for themselves. ManU will struggle to get back into CL, even when they go deeper and deeper into debt to over-pay for players. If they miss this year, you can forget any more coming to play for EPL only.
Do one of those teams get to buy or sign for free players on a yearly basis from the rest of the top clubs is my question? Your closes rivals to the titles are your feeder clubs. With all those strict rules I see one club infinitely richer than the rest. You better be getting results man David Moyes with a heroin addiction could win that league with Bayern.

Or you double trebles.
This is fun.
Hail.
CL, league, major domestic cup > every other trophy combo and the pinacle of single season achievment. If you have accomplished this you would understand.
-
Yeah, straight knock out Champions against Chanpions was SO easy to win.
As opposed to being able to lose half your games and still get out if the groups in the oh so much harder Champions League format.
Next you'll be talking about 'proper' trebles and never winning the league ......
Hail.
I know you wont be talking about proper trebels.
-
And won as many as Nottingham Forrest over the duration.
That's some domination right there .....
Hail.
The desperation of the things you cling to is so adorable. I wonder who Forrest beat to the title to get those stone age trophies. What was it back then 8 teams?
And may take another 2 decades to get back.
Not if City, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal are forced to sell us their best players every year. Oh wait that only happens in Germany.
-
Don't feel left out bud.
There's always the European group you can top starting this mont ..... ahhhhhhhh, NM.
Hail.
We've been in the CL 2 decades in a row mate you're breaking my heart.
-
OTOH it's spared LVS more Utd humiliation for a week.
For every negative and all that.
Hail.
You can still get your first place in September trophy next week. Dynasty!!!
-
Liverpool and Mario Magnifico against the World.
Just the way we like it.
'It begins' indeed. (Old yawning smiley.).
Hail.
Ill take the world to cover the spread. Not feeling an upset on this one.
-
Remember the last time Areenal won a European C ..... Ahhhhhh, spotted the flaw there
And I wasn't on about that you dope.
You quoted what I meant.
Handy you know this given Utd have now entered that wilderness.
Hail.
Your neck hurts so bad from looking up at us for so long you're obviously disoriented but if one bad season in a quarter of a century is wilderness where are Liverpool? Pandora perhaps?
-
Americanizing it for me? Thoughtful.
Wasnt it still a colony the last time Liverpool called themselves league champions?
-
Oh quit trying to nail someone's leftovers.
Go sit at the relegation table until further notice.
On the fields... of Emirates...
Where once - you watched - Henry play
Mesuit Ozil, Alexi Sanchez, Aaron Ramsey, Olivier Giroud, Jack Wilshere, Lukas Poldolski on the wing... you had dreams and songs to sing...
It could catch on hey?
No thanks I like the won the league since the Regan administration table.
-
We nailed ourselves, but whatever.
Over the duration there's been no better player in England on form than Sterling. Asuch as anyone wants to argue that. You could make a case for 'as good as'; but no better or more influential.
Hail.
Kompany tried to lend you a hand if I remember correctly.
-
Distinguish between 'personal influence and impact on team' and 'quality of surrounding cast'; check yourself, then start again.
At best, equally as good over the duration.
Next.
Hail.
One career year in assists makes him World class and worth £ 58 million?
Glad you're not my accountant.
Hail.
He's a world class player because he's a world class player. This was the consensus before he moved to United.
-
Are assists still a relevant statistic for wingers/midfielders anymore? Chances created? Happy cherry picking to you sir.But a player that's already scored more in a season by 19 than Di Maria has his whole career to date.
Just not when he's hitting the back of the Arsenal net.
Hail.
I must be blind or reading something wrong but according to ESPN Sterling scored 10 goals last season and Di Maria 12 to go with 23 against a whopping 7 by Sterling.
-
That assist to Aguero is something very few players in the world could have pulled off and Sterling aint one of them.
-
just that he works hard and gives us speed and power. We will probably have hte fastest front line in the league now, so thats a great thing. We needed this type of speed for years.
But he wont be scoring goals
Because he rarely gambles or attacks the area which for a striker that is an athletic marvel it's a bloody embarrassment. His finishing can also be rather shambolic too since his composure with the ball in those situations is very erratic. 16 million?
-
The problem with United's central defense is it's 2014 and not 2018. Jones, Blackett and Rojo have some serious potential but we needed someone with some command and experience. Why the plan was Hummels or best God only knows and there;s also absolutely no good reason for Vidic not to still be at the club. That thing he and Rio Ferdinand had going on in their prime was something that may never be recreated. To me they were equally as important to United's success back then as Ronaldo.
-
What does that have anything to do with the fact that only City and Chelsea could finish 7th and attract players like that? Your underrating of Di Maria is cleverly disguised trolling.
-
At least the cant attract world class players myth was put to rest. Another season outside of the CL could be another story but this year was no worry.
-
Marcos Rojo should be eligible for QPR. The club say however that they're not sure if it will be for the fixture in two weeks or the corresponding fixture.
-
I honestly don't know what to make of the Falcao deal.
On the one hand, if he's fully recovered and not affected by the injury, he's a World class forward.
On the other, United had FAR more pressing needs and it's potentially gonna' send Rooney into another massive sulk.
Hail.
The thing I can think is there is a lot more wrong with Van Persie than what they're saying. Fergie knew exactly what he was doing when he decided he was over Rooney IMO but it's too late now.
-
I call nonsense on your nonsense.
When you say 'best box to box striker in the BPL'; you're making these poor Arsenal fans who suffer enough every season think they've actually bought a goal scorer.
Now that's just devious nonsense.
Hail.
You mean a striker that could probably dunk a basketball but doesn't attack crosses?
In response to your earlier post, I'd take Balotelli over vacation in Monaco Falcao. Too bad Atletico Madrid/Porto Falcao drowned in the Mediteranian somewhere off a nude beach. Even if we're back in the CL I'll be shocked if he's a United player next season. Moutinho had monstrous wages too I don't understand why a similar deal couldn't have been struck to bring him in.
-
Bonus!
It's when he's fit you need to worry.
Hail.
Nonsense. In order to aimlessly run up and down the pitch for 90 minutes you have to be at 100%. Best box to box striker in the BPL.
-
When does Man U play Liverpool?
That'll settle all of this **** lol
Is that necessary to determine one of the best players on the planet is better than Raheem Sterling?
-
I won't comment on the United signings unless you really want me to, but I take exception to this no less than at my own club.
He wouldn't replace Sterling by ANY stretch of the imagination. So you're left with Coutinho and honestly, given Di Maria is at this point totally unproven in the BPL, it's doubtful you'd go with him.
Be careful what you wish for ..... Too late .....
Hail.
Sterling and Coutinho are better than Di Maria. Thats either scouse cheek, trolling or a state of pure inhibriation. Maybe a mix of all 3.
