To me, when I see him going over and talking to his teammates after something bad happens, even though he’s a rookie, and players didn’t seem to want to listen. I see that as leadership quality. When he goes over and asks his linemen what he can do to help them, that’s the kind of thing a leader does. The reason you don’t see him barking at people in year one, is because he’s a rookie, and because he doesn’t have command of the offense yet. I think that will change in year two and three.
