  1. Hell, people touring in FL can attend a TNA taping for free lol. At least they used to be able to.
  2. So it looks like the Rock vs. Punk at elimination chamber PPV. Also, all my Shield theroies went to the ****ter lol. Heyman was behind it, but at least it led to the return of Lesner. Plus an F-5 delivery to the Chairman of the Board
  3. I was thinking about this. With the Rock holding the strap, does that mean he will be on Raw and the other PPVs until Wrestlemania? Also, for a brief second after Vince stopped the match, then let it start over and the Rock won, I thought, Ziggler was going to cash in his money in the bank and pin the Rock. Which would have been a huge push for Ziggler. I also started thinking, what if the Shield is actually being masterminded by none other than the Rock himself. Can you imagine the crowd reaction if that were to happen? They probably won't run with that story at all but if anyone could pull a screw job like that and keep the crowd on their side, its the Rock.
  4. I was hoping for a ry back win and rock win followed by a Rock/ryback wrestlemania main event
  5. Just called DirectTV to see about upgrading my package, and asked the lady about the RR and how long to watch it, they said its a 48 hour window from the time of the event, so I have until Tues at midnight I would guess, then it auto deletes.
  6. You know what, I might have been thinking of the immediate replay. I think you get to watch it again right after or the next day after it airs.
  7. Its been a while since I ordered a ppv, I have a couple of questions. Are you on direct tv? If so, if you record the PPV, how long do you get to keep it to watch it? I'm probably gonna be crashed before its over, so I'd like to be able to watch it tomorrow or later in the week. Does it only keep 24 hours? I cant remember.
  8. Here is what they should do cause there are just too many titles and too much air-time between RAW and Smackdown, I dont even watch SmackDown anymore. How about make Raw 2 hours again, keep Smackdown at 2 hours, eliminate the Smackdown Vs. Raw feud completely, all super stars wrestle across both shows (cause thats what they pretty much do anyhow). Establish one GM over both shows, absolute power, a tyrant (like Vince in the old days). Then restructure the belts/cards. Get rid of the World Championship Belt from Smackdown. All belts are bi-program, defended across both shows, not just one brand. Only have the WWE championship, Intercontinental, Tag Team Championship belts. Scrap the US Title belt, add back in the cruiser weight championship belt. Then you would have 4 Titles, defended over both programs. I guess you could toss in the Womens title, but honestly, those matches are ****ing horrible now that Lita and China are gone. I love the eye candy, but consider making the Divas just that, divas and managers/GFs of the wrestlers. You could still do the mixed couples matches from time to time, PPVs, etc. Establish push more teams for the tag team belts. If they put the talent across both programs evenly, they are already there anyhow, even if they dont compete on that show cause they all travel together, both shows would have equal importance. One week, CM Punk has to defend his tilte on Smackdown against whoever, next week he gets screwed and has to defend on Raw. Stuff like that. Get back to the grass roots, when Smackdown first aired, all the Super Stars were on both programs and it was great. Use both programs to your advantage and create factions that war (i.e. Dx, NOD, NWO, Horsemen, etc.). One of the problems I see is they divide up the stars between the shows and they have like one faction established to wreck havok (Nexus, the Shield) and its them versus the entire roster of the show they are on. Work across both brands, create 3 groups, its on like donkey kong and they show up unannouced or out of nowhere, attacking ****.
  9. Thats some funny **** right there lol. I agree with the Punk/Ryback feud ending, it's got stale really fast. The only thing I'm happy about is the fact they are starting back the screw jobs at PPVs on title matches. It's how it should be and what makes the PvP great. Every single old school PPV both WWE and WCW (before they were bought out) is where you had the screw jobs, partners/friends turning on each other, factions forming, heel turns, etc. Thats what has been missing for the past decade it seems. Sure they still did it some, but not every PPV like it used to be. Again, I watch it still, mainly on fast forward ( I record on my DVR) through the **** matches and commercials. Honestly, they need to go back to the 2 hour format, 3 hours is just too much. I just think that until another brand can break through and compete, the story lines/scripts can be somewhat weak cause there is no competition right now. I really wish TNA could get some billionaire backing to lure away a ton of talent from the WWE, switch to Monday night and have a ratings war like the good ole days. Sadly, I don't see that happening anytime soon.
  10. This looks bad ass! I havent bought any wrestling games since NWO vs WCW (back on N64), maybe the first WWE game on PS1. We used to get hammered in college and play NWO/WCW and do the battle royal. It was great, cause you picked your starting character and then when your char got tossed over the rope you had no idea which wrestler you were going to be assigned to until it showed the ramp and the music hit. I remember getting knocked out early with Kevin Nash, and then I got assigned Alex Wright in pink wrestling gear LOL! My friends and I almost lost it, it was funny as hell. Then I cleared the ring with him and did and did his taunt, that funny little dance and everyone exploded in laughter. Unfortunately my streak didn't last, I think I got pummeled by the Giant. Anyhow, after college, all my friends and I moved far enough away that its hard to get everyone together to play games. Now, with the online capability, if this can be played online against other peeps, I may have to pick this up.
  11. Im 36. Hart was a great worker, but I never liked him. Mic skills matter and he couldn't cut a promo if his life depended on it. Cena is not the worker Hart was, I'll agree to that. Cena is good on the mic and cuts better promos. People say Cena is boring, predictible in the ring........but all of them are. Im personally tired of John Cena, I still laugh at some of the jokes he cuts, but Im bored of him. Until someone can create a new brand, pay lots of money and steal some/develop talent and compete head to head with the WWE, we are going to get the same ole same ole I have never liked Bret Hart, never will lol. I was drunk when I said he was inferrior to Cena and spatted off simply because I can't stand him. Plus, Im getting tired of them bringing in all these retired wrestlers in almost every show. Bret Hart was an incredible wrestler and worker. My all time favorite is Diesel, followed by the Rock (started pulling for him when he was with the Nation and hated by fans).
  12. Brett Hart is inferior to John Cena. I have always despised him, since I was a kid. I was happy when he got screwed and they handed the belt to Michaels. **** him. Actually **** him and Rey Mysterio Jr, never liked him at all either, but at least he was a better in ring performer. ---------- Post added September-12th-2012 at 11:27 PM ----------
  13. see, I didnt get the pop up on this link blocking the game, only in firstrow. Then once I clicked on the vipox link it started working and then first row started working ad free too lol. So I said **** you first link and im going vipox baby!
  14. is there anyway to get rid of those ****ing ads that pop up every 15 seconds for 20 seconds?
  15. Why in the hell is Master of Puppets playing on first row, how do I turn that **** off?
  16. Are you referring to having some groups again? It would make sense, but they tried it with the Nexus and that was just ****. There isnt really any new angles to work with large groups anymore. All of them will be labeled NWO, DX, Horseman, etc. clones. They almost are out of angles for large groups. The smart thing to do would be to scrap Smackdown (which wont happen cause its still a cash cow) and focus strictly on RAW and get rid of all the ****ing belts. And push the tag team titles again, aligning some power duos/trios. They really should focus on the old brand of WWE belts and have the WWE champion, Intercontinential champion, tag team champs, womans champion. Scrap all the WCW crap, you bought them out, now its time to absorb their titles and any mention of their former brand. But honestly, until another company can even compete for ratings and go head to head with WWE, its going to be hard to come up with anything extremely exciting/new. I thought the show last night was great and I watch every week (mainly fast forwarding through crap matches) but without healthy competition, they dont have to step up the game anymore. And TNT, just doesnt cut it anymore.
  17. TNA sucks now, worse than Raw....imo. I watched it last week for the first time in 1-2 years and its so freaking weak its almost pathetic. Both companies seem to keep trading super stars and poor ole TNA just cant expand on their roster or write a story line worth watching. WWE story lines are kinda crappy too, but they still have all the talent and monopolize the market. I really wish a lot of WWE superstars would bolt for TNA like what happened back in 1996-98 when it was the sweet ass Monday Night War between WWE and WCW. Id like to see both brands offering top matches/story lines again, but I dont think that will ever happen again.
  18. Vader returns to the ring.........lmfao! He's like 57 years old. Jesus.
  19. Yeah, and that was a pretty funny ending. I actually loved Johnny "People Power" screwing over Cena and busting his arm up. I LOL'd outloud
  20. So they let Cena win cause Brock accidently messed up his arm? Lame imo.
  21. So evidently Brock beat the **** out of Cena the entire match and Cena won off two moves..............wtf?
  22. I actually used to like Cena somewhat, but now, I'm just sick of him. Brock coming back was a pretty big deal though, WWE needs it.What is horrible about Cena is he can never turn full heal like the Rock was before when he was in the NOD. Too many kids like him. Im sick of the rise above hate, all that **** to be honest. Its like they are trying to turn him heal, but he really cant turn, so its broken imo. WWE needs to stick to the old template. Its pretty simple........major heal turn/screw jobs at PPVs costing championships; changing the WWE titles on RAW/Smackdown every few months so you watch cause that usually doesnt happen.
