Because Biden's are plenty.  Repeating false stories (Numerous, documented even by CNN), forgetting key dates, referring to himself as vice president, telling people about things that never happened etc.

 

In the meantime, Trump does many things like recently "Argentina, great guy" instead of saying the presidents name.

Republicans' views of Trump have already shifted. A May PBS NewsHour/NPR/Marist poll shows that 46% say Trump has acted unethically. This number has jumped 12 points since February. This is a hint that the trial has tarnished Trump's reputation in the eyes of Republicans. But to what extent?

Someone else trying to rationalize away any ethics or morals they had so they can figure out how to vote for Trump regardless of how awful he would be for the country, because party over country.

We may not like it but need to accept that these people exist. Best to deal with them in a way that benefits democracy. Encourage them to write themselves in as a protest vote to show the GOP. Lean into it.

You can massage the verbiage. 

The court finds the motion to recuse lacks merit. Without addressing the defendant's specific claim and details, this court looks to the highest court in the land for where to set the recusal bar. If accepting lavious vacations and displaying clearly biased symbols while hearing a related case does not meet the bar to recuse, surely this case does not either. For that reason, defendant's motion is DENIED.
