    I'm with you. They are not joined at the hip. You can win and the culture we will be good. You can have good folks and have dysfunction. Ron tried to remove the dysfunction and clear out bad actors within the organization. If we don't win on the field, the culture will look poor. ...     Not really man. I can put a bunch of puppy savers on the field and we will get smashed. I like the culture change. its a good thing. However it only works if we win. We need a combination of good players and great coaching. For some reason it looks like we regressed in the most solid/confident side of the ball we have.

    Its amazing how the Giants can get penetration on our OL. Pressure is some how lost on to our Defense this season.. so far. Prove me wrong coach, Prove me wrong :,(
