But we are evaluating the roster. Evaluating if we have WR talent. We can only find that out if we have steady QB play. So for Cam Sims I hope Alex plays a good level for the rest of the year...So he can show us if he is any good. 

Isnt it sad that this thread comes from 2018 😂 and we aren't even close yet.

One thing we learned is that our Greek God is essential for the D. Payne and Allen just don't have the passrush abilty that he has. We really miss that. 

I like that we start kicking tires and adding players. If Ron wants to do a roster review year. But guys who don't have a future and try to find guys on practise squads. See if they have talent. I really would like to find a inside passrush te replace our Greek God.

It's not a good season for a rookie WR. First you lack the real off-season work to get on the same page as your QB. Second you lack the experience with your QB because we changed him. 

We tried to get him involved in a couple of games but he did not step up... I'm not sure if I can pull up the game tape of his snaps but will try that! 

Dude the missed tackles today close to the line. That should be his strong suit.  

Suck for our Greek God. At least it's a position where I'm not to worried about the next guy up.

This game was winnable. Even with 2 best rushers out on D. Haskins lost it this time. Can't put it anywhere else. I'm sorry but it's the true

I don't know what happens. I try to distance myself from non football drama. But I don't want to current office structure to blow up. Rivera, Donaldson and Wright seem like interesting combo to lead this name change. Don't want some new dude come in and just be like "I like Washington Warriors, make it happen. Team colours black and maroon."

Interesting hire! It's kinda out of the box. Former nfl player who went on and earn his stripes in the business world. Local guy but not a former player. Pure based on his work experience, I'm excited. We didn't hire somebody from the old boys network. 

I must say that the Donaldson interviews on the website are pretty good. She is nice but also puts in some challenging questions. She is not just beeing nice because they work for the same team. 

Ziggyyyyyyyy. Nice hire. I always liked him as a person. Gave positive vibes. 

Back to the topic. Teams got ripped of draft picks right? When Fitz crew made a complaint? Or do I remember it wrong?

Yeah Michigan is the hot spot. 

I'm also a national team lacrosse coach. In lacrosse you are allowed to field a couple of North Americans with Dutch heritage (either parent or grand parent). I'm always surprised how many of those there still are. 

Dude these Fitz guys...we hired a Ron + a couple of new scout and FO guys are minorities + female in executive media role. How on earth can you then even think about complaining?! Don't be so uptight about the proces. Look at our team. How on earth can they not be happy? 

So our answer is to hire more women?

I think both new employees make sense. Yes marketing guy is a bit "same old". But at a this moment it would be odd to hire a complete outsider on short notice to run a name change. No owner in any business would do that. You just grab somebody that you know can do the job. Maybe a year after all the dust settles you can look for outside hire (put some head hunters to work). This is just quick short fix. 

Donaldson seems to have a good relation with Rivera and they needed a statement hire. So that also makes sense. She is a well respected media member who earned her stripes. So nobody questions the hire in terms of experience. We didn't just hire a pretty girl to work as a fake statement. 

At least we have balls to offer Donaldson and she has got the guts to accept it. Don't know if it's going to work but if you threat he wrong I guess we will know asap. There were a lot more safer hires.
