I'll be interested, for sure. Shaw, Herrera, Wilson, and Januzaj will probably get some run during the preseason. That's intriguing enough for me, even as a Gooner. Everyone will be watching them this season, hate 'em or love 'em.
They all hedge their bets. Who cares? He's an entertainer and an analyst, not a front-of-the-lines reporter. These reporters are all in a rush to break the story first rather than get it right because the public has a thirst for immediate news.
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
Worth spending your hard-earned money to go see. They chose to focus on the apes more than the humans, which I thought was great... it forces the viewer to empathize with them. Well done for a summer blockbuster.
Stephen A may be a joke to you but he's entertaining. If you don't want to listen to him because you think he's a joke, don't listen. Bottom line is, he moves the needle, especially at a time like this.
LFC fans in the house: Aspas is going to Sevilla it seems:

Also, I am seeing that Cavani wants a move to the prem...thoughts? I believe him to be over-hyped. I think he will demand top-dollar (45-60 mil). We all know Man Utd, Chelski will be sniffing around.
Wow. Why such animosity for Benzema? He's one of the most talented CFs in the world. All of these top footballers are "walking on his tiny little selfish lazy island". If there's a player out there who could become available, who LFC could afford, and who comes even remotely close to replicating Suarez's role at LFC, it's Benzema. Similar skill-set but not quite that same level of talent.
Edit: I don't see it happening, though because I don't see Falcao leaving Monaco after that first year and I don't think the big boys would feel comfortable splashing the cash for him after such a devastating injury and no matches yet since.
Benzema would probably do the trick but he's not going anywhere unless RM sign Falcao, which doesn't seem to be happening.
I'm seeing this report on goal.com that Di Maria has agreed to "personal" terms with Man Utd. Please tell me that's a farce.
That last sentence is the catch. There are quality options out there in that "second tier" of strikers but they're going to demand at least 30 million. The top-notch guys aren't going anywhere as far as I can tell. As for Balotelli, meh...physical specimen with some good technical ability but there isn't a player like Suarez. Special, special talent.
Alexis is going to Arsenal, gentlemen. His agent randomly started following Ozil, Cazorla, Arteta, and Giroud last night.
