    You need a quarterback. Full Stop. Most important position. It sucks but that position is complicated but makes the offense go. A great offense can score enough to compensate for a bad defense.

    Really. Been in the Howell thread for months. Months and it was basically hard lean Maye and this was all BS to throw everyone off that it was Maye. It doesn’t matter really. We won’t know who’s a bust for a bit anyway. Maybe they all find success.🤷

    Me, I’m still glad Commander’s can pick their quarterback instead of having to sell the farm to trade up.🤷 We’re not going to know how he will pan out until a season at least.

    Still glad Washington gets to decide on who they want instead of trading up for what’s left. So many of you here didn’t think we had a chance for the number 2 pick. No way Commies were gonna out suck Carolina in the end. Bears had their pick so they get whoever they want this upcoming draft. I know exactly when this team was picking in the top 3 at the worst. The winless(at the time)Bears beating us in prime time. I knew then the team wasn’t imploding. We were witnessing the aftermath.

    It’s still amusing after all these years watching fellow ES members argue like our points matter in the slightest who gets drafted. Never changes. Above all else, convince someone else that you’re right. Can’t wait for preseason to start again so we can join together and trash/love our team again when they under/over achieve. You folks are a trip and fun to read the back and forth.
