  1. He's old, not great at anything and fumbles. It doesn't matter how great he tapped danced on the deck of the titanic. There's not much ahead of him at WR and that's the most he has going for him.
  2. Dude has "the next Aaron Donald" type of potential and should have easily gone top 15. If he doesn't play a snap this year, who cares. Anyway..... I loved this pick and was kind of a pound the table pick for me. Super hard worker, tough guy possession WR type of guy is something I've wanted for a very long time. I think he'll move up the depth chart fairly quick. Having guys like this on the field move chains consistently.
  3. You're right. I confused the two of them. I remember it because I'm old. Coincidentally, that's also why I forget them.
  4. Fat AH had a relentless motor before he came to us and got overpaid. He was awesome. Same with Wilkerson.
  5. I can't walk into a hotel room without thinking about putting my legs up on the AC and letting it blow on my junk thanks to ES.
  6. I think Strom finds a home with us. I think Forbes is going to have a great year, same with Juste. I even think Wylie will be better and I'm probably his biggest hater. Daniels is short armed and dumb. He most likely should have been an UDFA at best, but Ron wanted a OT and even though he totally missed the boat, he wasted a pick on a bad one. We probably should have taken Carter Warren, who went 2 picks late and is a prototypical OT. I'd have gone Herbig fwiw.
  7. Ideally, we start Coleman at LG and Lucas at LT for the yeat and then next season, we can do what the Cowboys did this year and slide out to LT and we draft a new LG. They let Smith go, slide Tyler Smith out and drafted Beebe for LG.
  8. I'd be surprised if Daniels even makes the team. That is the perfect example of why you don't reach for a position of need in the draft. Coleman was a 3rd round developmental draft pick with huge upside. I doubt they've put his name down in pen as a starter.
  9. Our CBs are mostly a question mark that I see people bring up, but our safeties and LBers are such big improvements that I think it'll take a lot of pressure off of them. Sain and Quan seem pretty similar and can switch from CB to deep FS on any play. We have a ton of blitzers and our IDL should be fun to watch. We will not be an easy or fun team to play this year, win or lose. Offense is definitely more of a question mark and I'm not sure if anyone is too high on Kliff. I'm still out on him. I'm extremely high on Lynn though, so if we need to be a ground and pound offense while Daniels comes up to speed, so be it. I'm excited to watch a rookie QB be treated like a rookie QB and an offense called by adults.
  10. Agree with everything you just said. I love that it's a priority and they've done a lot to address it, without forcing it. That's one of the biggest differences from the last few years. There is patience in the build being done correctly.
  11. After years of just absolutely tanking the 2nd round choices, we may have 3 big hits this year.
  12. Passing on Beebe was rough, especially where he ended up, but if Coleman works out at LT, it's worth it. I spent a lot of time watching Sinnott and Beebe and never noticed Coleman.
  13. Sain I think is a great culture pick and I like GCs Terry comp. Sinnott was one of the guys I felt we needed to come away from this draft with. Sinnott vs DeJean is going to be fun to watch for the next decade. Newton was such a home run pick for us, that it makes up for a lot. Our IOL rotation is going to be league best and create a lot of opportunities for our undersized secondary.
