We were barely a speed bump for the Astros.  Shows how far we have to go still.  At least the 33 yr old rookie knuckler saw a little action even though he got knocked around.  Always nice to see someone get their shot in the bigs even if they don't last.

Glad they finally made a game out of one and one 1 out of 3 in NY.  The other two games were painful.  Great throw by Santander and great "face plant" by Severino.

And... we suck again. Thanks for taking all the wind out of our sails $&@! Yankees. 

And, Chris Davis has hurt his back already.  Really need to just cut ties with him and eat his salary.

I was definitely more encouraged by the team this year.  Progress was shown, new talent was promoted and thrived in several cases.  Not sure if it's the building blocks for just an average team or anything more than that, but it's a step in the right direction.  Let's hope we can get to a more normal season next year.

It was fun while it lasted but I think that’s about it for the Os chances this year. Look forward to seeing more progress next year hopefully. 

Ugh bad Os defense shows up again in the first. 

I might have to take back what I said about DJ Stewart. He just keeps hitting HRs. 

Yeah saw that on Santander. Sucks but gives a couple other guys a shot to show their stuff I guess. He had a good year. Hopefully he can continue to improve on it next year.

One way he sticks is if Mancini comes back next season and the O’s trade him at the deadline. They could move Mountcastle to 1st or DH at that point. I’m skeptical DJ is with the O’s long term. 

Yeah DJ seems JAG. Nothing special to his game that I’ve seen. 

I hope this series is what causes them to miss the paloffs!  🤣

Nice to see DJ Stewart get a couple of HRs for his first two hits of the year.

Os win. Break the streak of 19 in a row by the Yankees.  Valdez is fun to watch pitch. 

Gotta love Iglesias.  Gets the big hits and then that strike to the plate when he had no business being in the play.
