There's something poetic about Otto Porter cooking us. 

Bertans is a huge net negative on the floor if he's not hitting ridiculous threes. Bad news. 

Westbrook with two lazy turnovers to end the third and then starts the fourth passing on a wide open layup to kick it out to...Bonga? He looks like a player that has lost a step but hasn't come to grips with it yet. Not great.

I just don't see it from this team, even when Rui gets healthy. 

Markelle Fultz literally cannot shoot a basketball and somehow they are letting him drive to the hoop every possession. Embarrassing. 

Neto, Ish Smith, Westbrook lineup. Classic Scott Brooks. Neto looks like hot garbage as well.

Did Scott Brooks just draw up a play for Thomas Bryant from 3? If his plan is to have Thomas Bryant shoot 2x the shots of Bertans this year then we are in trouble.

I really hope we don't have to watch the Ish Smith Robin Lopez PNR game much this season because it is horrific. 

Sims with the catch and run to get out of bounds and get us points to end the half really changed the tenor of the game and set the stage for the comeback in my opinion. Really impressed with how he has been playing. Helping to take pressure off of Terry.

Game could have been completely different if he doesn't make that play. Every week Terry makes multiple game changing plays. What a player. 

Most enjoyable win in a long time. Great performances by numerous young players. Happy Thanksgiving, all!

Turner's offense is really not impressing me so far. Is there a worse 1st down play in the NFL than his incessant motion across the face of the QB followed up with an incredibly risky lateral screen pass? That play either ends up gaining zero yards or worse.

That was the most 2020 baseball game I have ever seen. Glad we pulled it out in the end!

Assuredly meaningless, but the Os could easily be 5-2 if not for Sulser getting squeezed the other night. Faced some pretty formidable pitching so far as well. 

Would love to see any two of Hays, Stewart, Sisco, and Mullins start to hit a little bit. 

For a supposedly great offensive coach it's embarrassing Brooks couldn't find a way to get Bertans a decent shot the entire second half. Pretty disgusting loss.

On the bright side, I liked what I saw from Pasecniks. Looked stout defensively, good on the boards, and had a nice feel for the PNR game despite our guards being awful at hitting a guy rolling to the hoop. 

Thomas Bryant and IT are two of the worst defensive players I think I've ever seen. If they are both on the floor you will never get a stop. The other team may miss, but you'll never get an actual stop.

Another embarrassing game. At least Rui has looked solid and has played good D on Kawhi. Feel bad for him and Beal.

Only watched sparingly since the trade, but it amazes me how poor Parker's BBall IQ is for a guy that could easily be a point forward if he knew how to play with pace. I see why he hasn't found a home in the league so far despite his obvious skills and freak athleticism. 

Not dumping Ariza at the deadline is unforgivable. He's a total black hole who gambles every defensive possession. Would like to see this same lineup with Portis in for Ariza. 

Ariza and Green on the floor at the same time is completely redundant. 

Portis' game is really ideal for today's NBA. Really interested to see what we do with him as an RFA. So happy to be rid of Otto and that contract.

I think Ted let his patience finally paying off with the Caps affect his judgement. The problem is the Wizards don't have anyone in the same stratosphere as Ovie and the NBA is vastly different than the NHL when it comes to team building. Even then, he still fired GMGM. The fact that Ernie is still around completely defies logic.

On a positive note, as a Porter detractor I'm quite happy we unloaded him and I'm actually excited to see what Portis can do in a Wizards jersey, even if it is just for a short time. I have tuned in to only a handful of minutes this season, but will probably watch a few games to see how he plays. I think he's actually a pretty ideal big man for the team, and think a front court of him and Bryant could be pretty respectable.

That fact is precisely why I hope they start him every game for the rest of the season.

Also, Porter is absolute trash.

No idea why I stayed up to watch that. ****ty game between two ****ty teams.

Can't wait till EG trades Oubre for some has-been.
