    Can you believe he came straight out of high school? He's clearly a brilliant dude. I dislike EG, but bringing in Martell was a very shrewd move that not many GMs make, IMO. I think Martell transitions immediately into coaching when his playing career is done.

    Good win, but that Beal injury did not look good at all. Doubtful it's a sprain if he couldn't put any pressure on it at all. Darn.

    I could name 15 PGs I'd rather have on this team right now than Wall. What a hideous turnover after that huge Beal three.

    Is Ted responsible for moving the announcers off of the court? If so, another stupid decision. I can deal with Buck and Phil confusing Beal and Wall or Singleton and Webster 2-3 times a game because they can't see the floor properly, but what just happened isn't kosher. Lame. *Edit* Actually, I think it's just the opposing announcers that aren't right on the floor now.Oh well.

    Yeah, definitely true. Still can't understand how a player as physically gifted as Wall can struggle with so many fundamentals. Seraphin making the most of his time so far.

    And Wall comes right out of the break and does one of his patented out of control layup attempts. As I posted on RealGM, I strongly suspect the Wizards great play of late has equally as much to do with Ariza, Okafor and Webster playing better than they have in 5 years as it does with Wall coming back. Kinda sick of watching Wall play, to be honest.

    Yeah, he likely put Temple in because Beal has 5 fouls and wanted to be able to put him back in because he's our second best FT shooter. Sorta makes sense, but Temple has to keep his guy in front of him. Beal's had some nice drives in isolation, so I'd tend to agree, but I'm fine with running a high screen for Wall and letting him use his speed to beat his defender to the basket, like he did with about a minute left.

    Is Randy encouraging these awful isolation possessions by Wall? I sincerely hope not, because he is god awful at it.

    Solid, solid win. Beal keeps improving and Oakriza were great. Encouraging.

    If I remember correctly, only one EG draft pick has ever made the all star team, and that was one season from Michael Redd.

    That's all well and good, but anyone could have seen that attitude and mindset forever ago. Why wasn't he dealt when his value was actually above a ham sandwich?

    What is going through his head when he takes shots like that....no urgency, 7 seconds in the quarter and he throws up that shot.

    Excellent win. Beal and Nene were simply awesome. Honorable mention to Okafor and Ariza who continue their great play. Wall with another up and down game.

    Wall is so frustrating to watch. Just don't get what he thinks out there in the half court. He's lucky he has Nene and Beal.
