this is our new reality. Trotz and the isles curb stomping us every time we play. Sorry but Holtby has not been looking like an all star worthy goalie. If samsonov doesn’t get the bulk of the work after the all star break Todd is an idiot.

Incredible game by Sammy. I was skeptical of the pick when he was drafted. But the kid looks like a stud.

It’s a damn good problem to have though knowing if Sammy does struggle you have a vezina winner coming back in highly angry and motivated lol The way they call penalties in the nhl is a joke. So obvious the evening up is coming if one team has too many power plays.

Had to know refs are gonna have to start evening out the penalties at some point.

Sammy needs to be starter going forward. I’m pretty confident in saying this game is probably 2-2 with holtby in net. I love Holtz and it hasn’t all been his fault but he’s hurting right now.
