John Harbaugh is a prick. He is my least favorite coach and just a jerk. Remember when he ran across the field to start a fight with Gruden? This statement from our coaches ("The diversity of blitz packages and the fact that the Ravens routinely sent five pass rushers at Redskins quarterbacks were atypical of a first preseason game. The Redskins didn’t expect that.") is dumb because Harbaugh is going to go all out, preseason or not, and we should have known. Shame on us, but makes him no less of a jerk. They have probably the best preseason record of any team due to John's tactics & approach. He is his own players worst enemy and the reason they usually have so many injuries. Enough rant, just a coach, and team, I really do not like. Clinton Yates is the worst Redskins "fan" I've ever heard. If we are a broken fan-base, as has been proposed, he should be the poster child. He says he is a fan and talks about how Kirk should leave as soon as possible. He talks about how players just come here for their big payday. Has he watched FA recently? He is holding onto the 2000 Redskins it seems. We actually have made the playoffs 2 out of the last 5 years (should be 3-last year blew it) and talks about how we NEVER make the playoffs. Says we are the worst franchise in the NFL by far. Hates the name Redskins. For someone claiming to be a fan he is the absolute worst one I've ever heard. He needs to move on for his own sake if sincere. Just wow.

I'v had three knee surgeries AND stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night so......Did anything hit you that would cause a contusion (bruise)? Is this located anywhere near the knee? If you did not hit/be hit by anything, and it is not in the vicinity of the knee, it will probably be a soft tissue/muscle injury of some type. Either a pulled muscle, and a severe one with bruising, or a torn muscle probably in your quads if in the front of the leg. Any "pulled" muscle is really torn-it's just a matter of the degree of the injury. Grade one is a pulled muscle, grade two is a partial tear of the muscle, and grade three is a complete tear that could require surgery. Was there a specific moment that you remember causing the injury? The doctor will press you on this if you have to go. Take anti inflammatory meds like Aleve or Motrin, ice (20 minutes ever hour if severe), and elevate if swollen. Sorry so much info, just had my more than fair share of sports injuries. Absolutely stay hydrated as Skinsmarydu said. You need to get off the leg and if any other new symptoms appear go get it checked.

I hope they do too; I want Kirk to be here. I know it's a business but would love for him to want to be here. It's been a long weird journey with Kirk, RG3, the Shana-gins, you name it, over the last few years. IF SF were to offer a couple of 1st round picks-and more, how do you turn that down? Love Kirk's numbers but he failed (home against you #1-started what became a lengthy thread on that) in basically every important moment this year. Was it the play calling? Execution? Not sure (Idiocracy:)). I like Kirk and want it to work out. If not we need to get all we can. It will be an interesting off-season for the Redskins. Hail

I am. It will be a very interesting year for us. Many draft picks & money to spend. Will we choose wisely? What will happen with Kirk? How will Scot spend money? It will be a defining year in many respects for us. Coaching, GM, QB, everything will come into play. Heck, I can't wait until FA, the draft, TC, you name it. I'm always excited. I didn't mean to be a jerk, just having fun. Atlanta looked good today, eh? Maybe we will have a good Superbowl this year.
