I've been watching some of the crime documentaries on Netflix recently and have really enjoyed all of the following:

    Sins of our Mother

    I Just Killed My Dad

    Love, Stalker, Killer

    The Hatchet Weilding Hitchhiker

    Murdaugh Murders Season 2

Some of them are just 1 single doc, the others are 3 eps each.

I think they are all worth watching and fascinating.

    Murder TV   😄

I liked it better when they did it online.  You could check for open seats throughout the day.  Now you go at a certain time and you have to run around the stadium to see if there is a seat you like, and you won't know if different ones open later in the day.

    Same here.

  3. I just finished Jim Butchers "Ghost Story"  which is perfect timing because a couple of Tim Dorsey books that I had on hold came in.   I'm reading "The Hammerhead Ranch Motel" and "The Riptide Ultra-Glide" is on deck.

  4. I'll be 60 in March and I'm still at it.  My routine is the same.  On days that I work, I exercise.

Years ago I had some GI issues and, as a result, I changed my eating habits, but not my workouts.

As a completely unintended consequence, I lost ~45lbs and I've kept it off.

Doc took me off blood pressure medicine and numbers have been good for years.

I'm a firm believer that you cannot out-exercise your diet.    If you ate it, you wear it.

I'm down 5 pounds from the beginning of January so I'll take it. I took my foot off the gas this weekend but this coming week it's back to work.

I haven't mixed in the workout piece yet, just eating much healthier.

@Sacks 'n' Stuff I just turned 39, anything you feel has particularly helped for you?

A good diet is the most critical thing for losing weight and staying healthy.

35 yard line Uppers but row 3 at the end so only stairs in front of us. Helps the kid to see everything. Love it and the price allows us to tailgate at Redzone lot which is where we actually spend more time anyway.

I will go to relocation day but just to see if a row one closer to 50 yard line is available.

The first few rows in the uppers are excellent.

I like the fact that you walk through the tunnel, and into your seats, without dealing with all of the foot traffic on the steps.

Yeah I passed on relocation. I may check the online select a seat but the corner seats I have in the 400's are fine. I just wish they'd fix the sound. You can't hear crap up there what the PA man says

The sound isn't much better in the lowers.....

That’s how I feel, I’ve had the same seats in the same section for 20+ yrs now , however when the upper level was subtracted by a lot of seats. We move way down from Row14 down to 3 and been there ever since… and if it wasn’t for my parking pass my tickets would only be a bit over $800.00… for 2 seats, can’t beat it imho

    Agreed!

We had uppers, years ago, and the view from the first few rows are excellent.

We had row 2, in 431 and one of the main reasons for moving downstairs is we got tired of sitting in the elements. The cold I could handle and, to a lesser extent, the rain.   What I couldn't stand was baking in the sun.

  8. I passed.

We sit with our friends and love our seats, (200's under cover, last row, home side) and the people around us.   Only way we would move is if they could move all of us to similar seats closer to the 50.   It's a 10 minute walk from the tailgate and the view ain't bad either😉

As a 20 year aircraft mechanic, I ain't flying on **** again until the FAA and NTSB have convinced me that civilian aviation in general has gotten their quality assurance issues straight. And I've flown on birds that I KNEW had duct tape holding it together (because I put it there).

I did some shady **** in my time and this is scaring the crap out of me.

Then you'll probably never fly again....

They found out by text - apparently from his agent - while they were on the flight to Detroit.

Its fine that he decided he was staying in Detroit - fair enough for him to make up his mind that he didn't want the job (or any HC job this cycle). But he handled this poorly - I would have called Peters myself after he had landed and discussed it with him. Having a whole ownership and front office team on a flight to meet you and blowing them off by a text from your agent is just not the way to do this.

    Nevermind....

You know what stadium has reasonably priced concession stand items?

No ****ing place. I think I spent like $15 for a cold silce of Little Caesar's Pizza at Arrowhead this year.

I really don't understand this specific complaint.

    I agree.

There's nothing to understand because it's an observation, not a complaint.

Seems like that was what the OP was getting at. "The prices at FedEx suck, but they suck more at Cap One."

Again, seems like Atlanta has been able to offer more reasonable prices on concessions recently. I thought Baltimore had too. In Atlanta's case, there are probably other factors like lack of demand for sporting tickets.

    Correct!

EB still has one year left on his contract. I wouldn't be surprised if he is retained to give him another shot. After all he did work with SB winning Mahomes and that still holds some weight.

Retaining an OC who didn't know or, (worse yet), care about the state of our O-line when he was calling plays has no business being here.

Stop. No it’s not. Quinn has been a top candidate from the start. Some people just needs to relax.

I've spent many years around Seattle and the puget sound region. The rain is real but still greatly exaggerated. It's a beautiful and fantastic city and great area. Home to many major corporations. Great parks for many miles around. Great arts and music scene. Great sports scene. It's a continuously prosperous and diverse state.

The whole of western Washington and northwest part of Oregon are fantastic places for scenery, great towns, fantastic coastline and all the outdoors activities you could ask for. The rain is a thing, but not anything close to a deal breaker for any reasonable human. The Summers are not two months long.

Also, there has been plenty of stupid in this thread of more types in the last 24 hours than in quite awhile. How about getting a grip?

    Agreed.

I spent a few weeks there in late '82.   It was a fun town and the surroundings are beautiful.  They had some great skiing within driving distance too.

Fun Fact:  I watched the Seahawks beat the Broncos at the Kingdome.   Our future coach, Jim Zorn, was the Seahawks QB at the time and a lot of fans were pissed because they wanted to tank that game for next years pick.  I also remember them doing the wave, (I think it may have originated there), and getting a ration of **** because I was decked out in Skins gear  and too young to realize that wearing your teams jerseys when they're not playing is a douche move..
