    What's your milk of choice?

    Every once in a while I crave a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on soft white bread. And there is nothing better than a tall glass of ice cold milk to wash it down with.  

     

    But that is about the only time I drink milk any more.  Just got away from it. I use half and half in coffee.

     

    We've used 1 or 2 percent milk for so long that on the rare occasions when I drink whole milk, it seems like I'm drinking straight cream.  The richness of it surprises me.

    Donald Jr. will finally snap from a lifetime of being belittled and ignored by his father.  At a Trump rally he'll walk on stage and shoot dad point blank in front of thousands hundreds dozens of MAGA witnesses and media outlets, then put the barrel in his own mouth.  Eric will sprint toward the stage to stop Junior from offing himself, trip on the top step and fall head-first off the stage, fatally cracking his skull just as Don Jr. pulls the trigger.  

     

    Melania, at home, smiles enigmatically when she gets the news and tucks Barron in for the night.

    Nixon decision on turning over the tapes took 61 days (this from John Dean comments I read). Dean believes it will happen & not cause a delay to the March 4, 2024 trial.

     

     

    This is also the rationale that Mitch McConnell used to vote against the second impeachment, and others in the GOP got on board - "Trump is out of office, let the courts decide his guilt or innocence."  Spurious argument because impeachment and criminal indictment are two separate ways to hold a corrupt, criminal sociopath accountable.

    I did the Thanksgiving morning Turkey Trot through Del Ray this year.  On every street corner was a person with a sign protesting the proposed changes to Alexandria's zoning laws that would allow for multi-unit building on lots to provide more affordable housing.  Lots and lots of citizen opposition, but the change passed anyway.

    Received this email from Monumental Sports. Here it is, in full.  Note the wishy-washy language in paragraph 2 ("eary stages" ... "framework of an agreement" ... "pending approval" ...) which clearly tells us it is far from a done deal.

    While we are still in the early stages, we have reached an understanding for a framework of an agreement with the Commonwealth of Virginia, the City of Alexandria, and JBG Smith for a public-private partnership that would create a world-class Entertainment District at Potomac Yard in Alexandria, VA. Pending General Assembly and City Council approval, this project will become a catalyst for innovation and economic growth, uniting D.C., Maryland, and Virginia into a year-round destination for unforgettable experiences for our fans.

    While this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to expand, we hope Capital One Arena and downtown D.C. remain an essential part of our future.     Does calling for the dissolution of Israel as a nation constitute advocating for the genocide of Jews?

     

    Does chanting “From the river to the sea” constitute advocating for the genocide of Jews?

     

    I suspect those questions were in the minds of the university professors as they tried to formulate an answer to Elise Stefanik.  
     

    Regardless, they bungled their response.

    That meatheads like Hostetter gain any kind of traction in the public arena saddens and angers me.  In his verbal diarrhea during sentencing, he noted where "presidential" candidate Vivek Ramalamadingdong called Jan 6 an inside job during the debate. One of five GOP candidates for president left standing is spewing this ****ing nonsense. 

     

    **** these people. They are corrosive.  If this tool dies in prison it would be a blessing.  And Vivek can **** right off too.
