    When I looked yesterday and this morning, the tv guide showed regular network broadcast program. I wonder if there was a blackout risk.

    So it seems that the game will be broadcast locally.

    Giants see this as a “get right” game, while the WFT thinks the Giants are done. TH is the X factor as he isn’t taking any opponent lightly. The defense is going to look tough for a drive or two but will continue their regression. Turner will attempt a ball control running game that will eventually get shut down. We lose 31-10.

    As long as they stay on local tv, I’m good.

    He's the quarterback now. Let's root for his success. You don't have to look good getting off the bus to win football games. There are plenty of strong-armed QBs sitting at home. I still go back to the playoff game. If that is him at his best, we can win a lot of football games with him. I'm more worried about the defense and Turner.

    It happens nearly every single year. We step into preseason as we were coming off multiple super bowl wins. Taylor plays with a lot of confidence. Ryan seemed rattled that our line was getting tossed on every pass play.

    Obviously our poor defensive showing is the most frustrating part of the game. The chargers were having their way with us. Offensively we seemed to have a spark in the 3rd but somehow sabotaged ourselves with penalties and conservative play calling. WTF can’t we figure how to get the ball to Terry?! Did we try play action passing?

    Scherff had a bad game. Two costly penalties and he was in a prime spot to fall on Gibson’s fumble and somehow lost it.
