I am not even a Blatche fan but him compared to Nick Young production wise isn't even close. I know everyone hates Blatche because hes a douche and I agree on teh douche part but hes much better than Young in every sense. Blatche at least can help the team in different area's if he can stop being a knucklehead he would be 5x the player than Young as of right now hes only 2x the player. Young's incredible phantom defense, his negative assist to turnover ratio, he doesn't get any blocks, steals, rebound, assist NOTHING all he does is chuck the ball that isn't helping the team and maybe really a CANCER to the team. I saw Nick Young dunk the ball once all year which is sad because that was suppose to be his strength playing above the rim coming out of USC. I am not really a big fan of Blatche he shoots the ball too much, I think its mostly because of Flips system trying to turn him into KG, when KG didn't hog the ball this much. Blatche at least gets rebounds (Jamison type rebounds where you wonder where the hell they came from) he can be a solid passer, hes good mid-range and has a good post game. If he grows up get a little more physical he can be a star.

Maybe Artest is over the hill but I loved the way he used too play. It's no way around it we need too tough quickly or we will go no where fast.

I don't think he fits with the lakers period as you can see production dropped dramatically. I like young as a bench player or spot up shooter but if we going too run everything through him then I'll pass. Get some more guys in here that plays hard like Seraphin but with more talent when teams play the Wizards they need too know that they been in a grind. I am so tired of having the weakest defensive team in the league.

We have too many soft young guys we need hard vets that play d. Artest would start at the 3 with Wall and Crawford. We would have someone that can guard lebron, pierce, granger and who ever at the 3.

Blatche was hurt pretty much all off season. People seem too forget that they was just hanging on Blatche's balls the second half of last season. My whole theory of the Washington Wizards is Flip Saunders. He's offense constantly is a joke he allows Blatche and Young too do whatever they wan. The offense goes through them and not Wall I don't mean Wall shooting up shots but penetrating and creating easy shots more for his teammates. I love Young as a spot up shooter I thought he made great strides this year at setting up and knocking down the 3. I don't like him coming off hundreds of screens shooting the ball every time he touches the ball. Bring your stats out please, I have watched almost every wizards game this year and I am yet too be impressed with nick youngs "elite" defense. He is not a Shut down defender period get over it the only thing he does is score in spurts that's it. I am the guy that is wrong about everything why because I don't agree with you?

Lol at you guys saying Nick Young is a good defender. Just because of his size does not make him a great defender he's ok pretty average. I do infact like Nick coming off the bench as the Jason Terry, Jamal Crawford role as a scorer coming off the bench but not as a start. Blatche is still young don't forget he came out of high school and can be a late bloomer like J Oneal not physically but as a late bloomer. LOL man your a trip after every good game Blatche and McGee has you hate them more LOL! When McGee got his triple double you said almost the same thing. When our young guys have games like this its good for there confidence, you can't tell me after McGee got that triple double he has been playing better basketball. I am not a Blatche fan I am a Wizards fan and I support him as long as he is with the club and when he puts numbers up like this its awesome too see even if its vs the Cavs. If he can have half the performance like this on a nightly basics agaisn't good teams then we are working with something.

McGee is officially my favorite player in the NBA I love his intensity he backs down from no one. He blocks both Bosh and Wade and went up vs Lebron once but was a hard foul. First guy too come too the defense of Wall. He does some stupid things at times, I hope it's an age thing and will grow out of it. I think he will be a top 5 center in this league hopefully as earily as next year.

Then whats all the love for Nick Young? If hes struggling hes having a bad game and will snap out of it even though hes just as inconsistant as McGee. All the guys are young and thats the problem with this team theres no hardcore vet to set these guys straight WHO IS GOING TO LISTEN TOO YI? Also McGee just turned 23 years old blame the way the system is where nobody is staying in college and maturing. Now 3 years in the league for some of these players are just not enough. I am not ready to give up on a 23 year old player who was suppose to be a project in this league too begin with. +1 Most guys on this thread have there favorite players and will defend them no matter how sucky they played. Its okay too defend a player and like players but lets get real guys McGee wasn't the reason we lost he had the best +/- out of starters which isn't saying much cause we sucked with him. We lost cause we suck and short on talent. McGee had an awful game Aldridge had his way with him, Aldridge may be the best young center/powerforward in the game outside of Dwight, he also dominated every other player that was guarding him. Nicolas Batum should not be dominating. Every game we get exposed by other teams 4th and 5th best players.

Wall is the only guy on the teaming would take over McGee over the past 5 games he's playing All Star basketball at the 5. His defense has been good he seems too be gaining confidence.

Triple Double I don't agree, was it the greatest thing in the world NO it was harmless but whatever. Now that quote about Starbury and Westbrook was interesting I agree some but Wall has a level head and overall a good kid, Starbury on the other hand is not the brightest star in the galaxy by a long long shot. The Wizards need to draft there rookies this year and sit down and think who do you want to be apart of this rebuilding project. Javale, Blatche or Young all three have the basketball IQ of about 50 and you can't win with all 3 on your team let alone all 3 starting LOL!! With a good team these guys can shine but the Wizards have no leaders on this team and they run around doing what they want to do.
